Bayswater@KLCC position as one of the Premiere Lifestyle Event Space & Wedding Venue with the unique design concept that consist of the main floating pavilion and an serendipity outdoor garden. With the land size of near to 1 acre, Bayswater@KLCC provide flexibility in creating different customize layout & settings towards endless creativity and wish list.

The main pavilion is designed to be surrounded with water to create floating concept and transparent wall overlooking the greenery scene as the backdrop. With the massive 8,000 sqft the Main Pavilion can accommodate up to 500 pax banquet round table setup or it can be configure to accommodate various sizing making sure it suitable for different types of events and group size. Our outdoor garden offer exclusive space designed especially for ROM session and garden party. It sits up to 200 pax depending on the setup.

Bayswater@KLCC is manage and advice from an established event agency which able to provide professional yet creative ideations on achieving all the possibilities.

To minimize the hassle of our customer, we offer wide range of in-house facilities available from VIP parking, Valet & Rela services, make-up room, furniture, audio visual and more. Rental rate for space only begins from RM15,000 for Main Pavilion, while outdoor garden space is available for separate rental. Wedding events packaged is available together with F&B menu. We do offer extra services with our premium panel supplier, but we are open to let guest bring-in their own preferred vendor as well subjects to management approval.

Basywater@KLCC offer various layout & settings for corporate clients to host Corporate Dinner, Business Events, Product Launching, Seminar & Meetings or Runway Fashion Show. As such, Basywater@KLCC will be also one of the Premiere Wedding Venue and Garden Wedding Space for the public.
