Putrajaya International Convention Center is another impressive building in Putrajaya, whose shape is based on the eye of the ‘pending perak’, a type of silver belt buckle used in traditional Malay wear.
Its roof has a folded origami design and the walls are made of glass, providing generous amounts of natural lighting that illuminates the auditorium through the raked and shaded windows. Putrajaya International Convention Center covers an area of 135,000 square meters, or approximately 1.3 million square feet.
